Most other girls, unfortunately, are staying in their hometown, until it's clear that foreigners are returning back to Shanghai. When that will happen; I am not sure. China is slowly going to open the borders .. but unless we have a decent amount of customers again, the girls aren't eager to go back to work.
BTW. If you are a guy in Shanghai and you are staying in a hotel and had luck inviting girls, please help all of us out, and let us know what hotel you're staying in, which we can consider safe?

@Sean: No idea; but if the hotel has a restaurant/bar, I assume guests for restaurants/bars don't need to register at the front desk. Just need to show their health code.
Most convenient is 天禧嘉福酒店，虹许路358号 stayed there in April, no longer require green code I think, haven't been back to Shanghai since so much sure how it is now. No card needed for elevator. But I am Chinese with ID card so it might be different for foreigners

Thanks WaffleJr; looking at trip.com, I think the hotel is called in English "Sky Fortune Boutique Hotel" ? At least, it has the same address (358 Hongxu Road).

Hi guys, I stayed at the Marriott City Center, near People's Square and was able to invite a guest in the afternoon. She had to provide several codes and register, but the hotel had no problem.
